Hi, I’m Alessio.

Growing up, I was obsessed with Lego:

• The click of pieces locking into place
• The chaos of digging through a box to find the right one
• The way time disappeared while my imagination raced

That obsession never really went away.
I've kept this childlike wonder as my North Star throughout my software engineering career.

Today I work as a Staff Frontend Engineer at Qonto. I write software with the same mindset: exploring, assembling, and refining until things feel right.

I created this website as a place to learn through writing. It’s also my playground. A place to experiment and have fun.
